Bill Weber is a cybersecurity and artificial intelligence strategist with more than 20 years of experience securing digital infrastructure and enabling resilient, privacy-conscious innovation. He is the founder of CyberFoundry, a consultancy dedicated to helping organizations adopt secure, self-hosted technologies, navigate regulatory landscapes, and build trusted systems at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

Bill’s career spans senior technical and advisory roles across government, defense contracting, and private enterprise. He has led the design and implementation of secure environments governed by NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2, and ISO 27001, and has helped clients bridge security gaps while enabling operational agility.

Currently, Bill is focused on architecting on-premise AI systems for organizations that require full control over their data, infrastructure, and intellectual property. His work includes deploying local large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and graph-based memory systems, using open-source tools like Ollama, LibreChat, and Supabase, containerized with Docker and managed on platforms like OrbStack.
